The inter-departmental sessions are ideological means to exchange the diversified subject knowledge and recent trends and findings in order to make the students industry-ready. The Department of Commerce organized an Inter-disciplinary lecture by Mrs. Garima Tahiliani, Senior Assistant Professor of the Department of Management.

The lecture is on the Motivation through leading and finding one’s own capabilities and skills. Mrs. Garima Tahiliani highlighted the need to discover one’s single attitude by which every person would tackle whatever the problems and challenges they come across.

Students of Commerce department are participated in great number and benefited by the very management concepts which are the basic requisites irrespective of the streams the students belong to.
